If computers make you nervous, stop here. But here are a couple of options to consider, if you are comfortable enough or just want to learn to use a couple of new computer tools /techniques…

Option A – Filling out the application is easier right in your browser…

1) Click this Form Link to fill it out right in your browser

2) Print the completed form

3) Scan the form

4) Email it the form to support@offsitestaff.net. Done!

 

Option B – If you want an electronic copy of the form with all the data in it, you can always convert the completed form to a new pdf document…

If you use Google’s Chrome Browser, then this is the easiest way of all…

1) Fill it out in your browser. If you are not a Google Chrome convert yet, you can install Google’s Chrome Browser by clicking here:

2) Print the completed form, but change the destination printer to “Save as PDF”.

3) Then attach the new PDF to an email to Support@OffSiteStaff.net. Done!

If you are still using Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera or Safari… well, they use the standard print dialog which doesn’t give you the option of saving as a PDF.  But if you are comfortable installing printers, you can download the free PDF Printer application called “CuteWriter” at CutePDF.com. Click here to get to the downloads page:

Once this “printer” is installed, it will appear as one of the printers you can choose to print to and once you hit print, it will ask you where to save the pdf file.  Then, again you just attach it to an email to Support@OffSiteStaff.net. Done!
