Telephone Reception
(we answer the phone so you don’t have to)

    • Initial Outgoing message asks patients with questions or scheduling needs to choose option to speak to Front Desk (that’s us, Off Site Staff)
    • Initial Outgoing message offers patients or vendors an option to leave a voicemail for the doctor’s response (eg. care instructions, request for records…)
    • Urgent calls taken by Off Site Staff are routed per doctor’s preference.
    • Voicemail messages left by patients or vendors are FREE and do not result in any additional cost to the doctor.
    • Doctors or staff are able to respond to voicemails during office down-time or may request Off Site Staff to perform a Patient Call-Out (see below).
    • We are able to promote doctor’s own online scheduling system, if desired.

    • Rescheduling of calendared patients due to late doctor or clinic availability changes,
    • Response to extablished or new patient inquiries (according to doctor’s instructions),
    • Return messages requesting appointment or information
